We currently ship Australia-wide. If you don’t see your location at checkout, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Times

• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
• Delivery times:
  • 2–7 business days within Australia

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100.

Packaging

Our olive oil is shipped in protective, eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and protect your bottles in transit.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Millennia Organics. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

As a food product, we’re unable to accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email orders@millenniaorganics.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue 
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
